My Rum and Raisin Brownie is made to order using over 70% dark chocolate couverture, creating and rich and indulgent treat that perfectly balances deep cocoa flavours tih the warmth of rum infused raisins. This deliciously decadent brownie offers a great alternative to traditional Christmas pudding.

How to keep the Brownies
To keep the brownies in their optimum condition they are best kept in an airtight container in the fridge. They also freeze brilliantly. Best eaten within 2 weeks of purchase.
Timescale and Shipping
The brownies are baked to order which means that there can be a 2-3 day lead time before shipping although I will do my best to ensure that this is as quick as possible. Any orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on a Monday. Shipping costs are added at checkout.
