FAQ

ARE THE BROWNIES NUT FREE

The brownies contain no nuts in them and are made in a peanut free environment due to my son being severely allergic.  I cannot guarantee that there are no traces of nuts in the ingredients I use.

ARE THE BROWNIES GLUTEN FREE?

The brownies can be made with Gluten Free flour on request. Please ensure you have ticked the relevant box on purchase. Please note that they are made in a kitchen where wheat flour and gluten is present.

HOW LONG DO THE BROWNIES KEEP FOR?

The brownies are best stored in an airtight container either in the fridge (especially in summer) or at ambient room temperature. They last for 2-3 weeks if kept in fridge from date of purchase.  The brownies also freeze brilliantly and as many clients testify are delicious eaten straight from the freezer.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER TO MULITPLE RECIPIENTS

Ensure  that you include the delivery addresses for each recipient on the notes section of your order.

CAN I ORDER WHOLESALE?

Please contact me directly for any wholesale orders.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY THE BAGS OF BROWNIES?

The bags don't hold up  that well to being posted. If you wish to purchase bags, you can buy direct from me via email and arrange local collection and delivery or you can purchase them from the West End Flower Farm in Upper Froyle.

HOW ARE THE BROWNIES SHIPPED

As per the product description, the brownies sent by mail are wrapped in baking parchment and  sent in a fully recyclable postal box. I am currently using royal mail first class to post them although for larger quantities, parcel force will be used.

If you require local delivery (within a 3 mile radius of Alton) or local pick up please contact me before ordering via email or phone.

Please note that I cannot take responsibility for the brownies arriving squashed or in hot weather, the chocolate melting! Once they are in the post, it is out of my control. I do my best to ensure that the packaging prevents this happening and have sourced woolcool packaging for the hot summer months.
