I have been baking as long as I can remember. I qualified from Leiths Cookery School in 2003 and then started up my own successful catering business. Once I had kids, I wanted to find something more flexible: my baking had become a firm coffee morning favourite and friends persuaded me to start selling my brownies. Since then I have relished watching my business grow and flourish.
It's just me! I currently work alone, baking from my home in the rolling hills of Hampshire.
