Looking ahead to May! Bank holidays, picnics and lunches

It's that time of year when hopefully the weather will start improving and we can start eating outside again! On that note, I find that I'm asked a lot to provide brownies for picnics, lunches and parties as they make a super easy, no hassle pudding and can be put on a platter with so many other delicious things such as marshmallows, mini meringues and strawberries. Super easy to pick up in your hands and eat!

So if you're stuck for a pudding for a street party or family get together for the King's coronation look no further. The dark and white chocolate brownie is a firm favourite for this type of event! At our village jubilee party last summer, they literally got eaten within minutes!
